While traveling from Florida to New York we were sick of eating at fast food restaurants and craved a home cooked meal. My 6 six year old said she wanted something healthy. We stopped at Clarks and they were happy to make her a BLT which wasn't even on the menu. She paired that with a delicious baked potato. My salad was delicious and refreshing and my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwich. We highly recommend stopping here. It was kid friendly and elegant with reasonable prices!!!! Thanks Clarks! The hotel provides well appointed and reasonably priced accomodation and we particularly like the convenience of an onsight bar and restaurant. We've spent many evenings having cocktails in the bar while watching a sporting event on tv or conversing with other travellers. The restaurant serves delicious food such as local catfish, a variety of pasta dishes or a chargrilled ribeye preceded by a trip to a small but sufficient salad bar. Breakfast serves standard fare but well prepared and served in a homey atmosphere, unlike the chains.
