Houlihan’s is located just off I-95, Exit 94… look for the Savannah Festival Outlet Mall. Houlihan’s has no smoking anywhere in the restaurant, even at the bar! They have a huge menu and are open for Lunch and Dinner. The restaurant has a fair wine menu, a great beer menu, and a good list of cocktails. The food is great here! Try the ribs.
